Aproximaciones críticas frente a la propagación de un ordenamiento global hegemónico

Abstract

Diversas formas, expresiones y manifestaciones de resistencia presentes en América Latina abren, en función del reconocimiento de la singularidad local, nuevos debates y controversias sobre las configuraciones del poder global, pues no sólo iluminan procesos y modalidades de dominación poco estudiados por la teoría crítica europea, sino que además, resignifican prácticas, saberes y cosmovisiones invisibilizados durante siglos que ponen en cuestión los marcos de interpretación hegemónicos. En contraposición a un ordenamiento neoliberal que propaga a nivel planetario un sistema securitario de control disponiendo la diferenciación estamental de los territorios y de los cuerpos, abordaremos diferentes experiencias y paradigmas comunitarios que plantean alternativas políticas, jurídicas, económicas y socioculturales frente al avance de las modalidades empresariales corporativas de organización, interacción y acumulación.

Taking the analysis of perspectives from the European and Latin American thinking as a starting point, this work proposes a critical refl ection on the current operation of biopolitical regimens of exclusion/inclusion. In this regard, crossovers and approaches -aimed at the development of theoretical and conceptual hybridization-will be devised in order to account for the socio-historical, political and cultural complexity of the studied phenomena. There are several forms, expressions and manifestation of resistance in Latin America that, according to the acknowledgement of the local singularity, open new debates and controversies about the confi guration of global power. This isbecause they do not only shed some light on processes and forms of domination,on which little research has been focused by critical European theory, but also question the frames of hegemonic interpretation. In contrast to a neoliberal order that spreadsa security system of control globally, arranging the stratifi ed diff erentiation of the territories and the bodies, we will address diff erent community experiences and paradigms which propose political, juridical, economic and sociocultural alternatives against the advance of business-corporate forms of organization, interaction and accumulation.
