Desarrollo de un sistema de gestión SRT de tiempos improductivos para una industria maderera dedicada a la producción de molduras finger joint

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta el diseño, desarrollo e implementación del sistema de gestión informatizado de tiempo improductivo de la industria maderera Enrique R. Zeni y Cía SACIAFei.. Se ha realizado el diagnóstico y evaluación del sistema anterior, identificando falencias, y se diseñó un nuevo sistema de tiempos improductivos en tiempo real (SRT) llamado GesTIOn, (por sus iniciales Gestión de Tiempo Improductivo Online). El mismo fue diseñado, programado e implementado para cumplir con Certificación ISO 9001, y apto para soportar a 13 líneas de producción, y permitiría poder relevar los tiempos improductivos en tiempo real y en forma remota desde cualquier computadora de la empresa, y por internet. Se ha contemplado que sea operado en forma automática, y por medio del propio operador de la máquina, sin necesidad de generar documentación ni dedicación exclusiva de una persona para cargar la información.

This works presents the design, development and implementation of the computerized time management system of the mould industry Enrique R. Zeni y Cía SACIAFei. The diagnosis and evaluation of the previous system was made, identifying failures, and a new in real time (SRT) system was designed, called GesTIOn, (by its initials Online Management of downtime, in Spanish). It was designed, programmed and implemented to comply with ISO 9001 Norms, and able to support 13 production lines, and would allow to be able to relieve donwtimes in real time and remotely from any computer in the company, and online. It has been contemplated that it be operated in an automatic mode, and through the machine operator itself, without the need to generate documentation or specific person to load the information.
