La enseñanza de la lectura : una herramienta política de emancipación en contexto de desinformación

Abstract

La lectura informativa y la comprensión de los distintos géneros discursivos son herramientas fundamentales que tenemos lxs docentes y lxs estudiantes para cono- cer e interpretar la coyuntura y los escenarios. Por tanto, el acto de investigar y/o informarse encierra un universo cercano y sensible que atraviesa contextos, recons- truye prácticas y advierte lo que sucede a nuestro alrededor. Resulta importante entonces que desde el campo de la comunicación consolide- mos el derecho a la información segura y el intercambio democrático para evitar caer en las tramas de la desinformación, saturación y confusiones mediáticas. Al respecto, la dimensión política de la lectura permite forjar nociones de emancipación, alcanzar una pedagogía de esperanza y también potenciar una mirada contrahegemónica.

Informational reading and understanding of the different discourse genres are one of the main tools that teachers and students have to understand and interpret the situation and the stages. Therefore, the researching act and/or the information practice, contains a close and sensitive universe that crosses contexts, reconstructs practices and warns what is happening around us. Therefore, from this scenario, it is important that from the communication field we consolidate the right to secure information and democratic exchange to avoid falling into the plots of misinformation, saturation and media confusion. In this re- gard, the political dimension of reading makes it possible to forge notions of eman- cipation, achieve a pedagogy of hope and also, enhance a counter-hegemonic view.
