Other important factors of the Neo Institutionalism to be dealt with in the article will be the institutions as the main unit of the theory, the contract, the specific assets and the vertical Integration as a way of managing looking for efficiency in the processes. The Vertical integration theme will allow the reader to understand the importance of acquiring the tangible as well as intangible assets of another company inorder to reduce costs and take full control of the production process, thus managing to design operations in a more beneficial way,the buying company to the extent that market dependence decreases.
