Redes, experiencias y movimientos pedagógicos

Abstract

La organización y acción colectiva de los maestros/maestras que asumen como objeto de reflexión las prácticas pedagógicas, logra potenciar a los sujetos como gestores y constructores de cambio social y educativo. La interacción, los encuentros y la acción conjunta, les posibilitan valorar, reconocer y trascender su labor cotidiana para asumir experiencias y proyectos pedagógicos alternativos. Acciones que contribuyen a generar las articulaciones necesarias para configurar un movimiento pedagógico latinoamericano que agencie y dinamice las transformaciones socioeducativas que el momento histórico exige. Para su desarrollo el texto se estructura en tres apartados, en primer lugar se presentan de manera sucinta las nociones de red y experiencia pedagógica; la segunda parte pone en diálogo estas categorías para pensarlas como escenarios de transformación de sujetos, procesos y contextos. Finalmente se analizan las relaciones entre el trabajo en red, las prácticas pedagógicas instituyentes y la configuración de nuevos movimientos y movilizaciones por la educación.

The organization and collective action of teachers who take as reflective object their teaching practices are able to empower individuals as managers and builders of social and educational change. The interaction, meetings and joint action enable them to assess, recognize and transcend their daily work experiences and to take alternative educational projects. These actions contribute to joint movements needed to configure a Latin American pedagogical transformation able to get and energize the socio-historical moment demands. For its development, this piece of work is divided into three sections, we first briefly present the concepts of networking and educational experience, the second part sets into dialogue these categories to think of them as subjects transformation processes and contexts scenarios. Finally, we analyze the relationship between networking, teaching practices and configuration instituting new movements and mobilizations for education.
