“Experiencias formativas” en el profesorado en biología de la FCEQyN-UNaM

Abstract

El objeto de la investigación fue conocer: “Las representaciones acerca de las “experiencias” que propician aprendizajes para el desarrollo profesional docente, que tienen los estudiantes del último año del Profesorado en Biología de la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas, Químicas y Naturales - Universidad Nacional de Misiones (UNaM)”. Me propuse indagar, la visión de los estudiantes de ese Profesorado.Los objetivos de la investigación fueron: conocer y comprender las significaciones que asignan los estudiantes a “experiencias” que valoran como “formativas”, en el contexto institucional del Profesorado en Biología. Analizar las distintas trayectorias académicas de los estudiantes en el espacio social del Profesorado, en relación con los significados que asignan a las “experiencias formativas”.Se asumió un enfoque metodológico cualitativo de corte interpretativo. Es una investigación multimetódica y reflexiva. Se combinó técnicas convencionales y algunas no convencionales. Surgen diversas perspectivas de formación docente, así como las experiencias formativas dan cuenta de visiones curriculares flexibles, abiertas a los procesos sociales y no sólo instrumentales. Se comunica la investigación, sus objetivos y perspectiva teórico-metodológica, el proceso y los hallazgos.

The purpose of this research was to investigate “The representations of the “experiences” leading to meaningful learning for further professional development of the students in the last year of the Biology Teacher Training Course at the School of Natural, Chemical and Exact Sciences-State University of Misiones (UNaM). I intended to examine the view of the students of the Biology Teacher Training Course on this topic.The goals of this study were: to know and understand the meanings students provide to “formative experiences” in the institutional context of the Biology Teacher Training Course: to analyze the students’ different academic performances in the Biology Teacher Training Course in relation to the meanings they provide to “formative experiences”.We considered a qualitative interpretative methodology. It is a reflective and multi-methodological study combining conventional and some non-conventional techniques.Many perspectives of teacher training occur, and the formative experiences proved that the curricular views were not only instrumental but also flexible and open to the social processes.
